Passport Fees Following is the Fee structure for Passport services: (i) Application for a fresh passport (Form No. 1) R 165.70 (ii) Application for re-issuing a passport due to shortly expirying or expired validity (Form No. 1) R 165.70 (iii)  Application for New passport booklet in lieu of lost/damaged passport (Form No.1) R 414.25 (iv-a)  Application for minor's fresh/re-issued passport where the applicant is below 18 years and the passport validity is for 5 years (Form No.1) R 99.40 (iv-b)  Where a minor has crossed the age of 15 years and desires a full validity (10 year) passport on receipt of Police Verification Report  (Form No. 1) R 165.70 (v)  New Passport Booklet consequent on exhaustion of blank pages, change of name, change of appearance etc. (Form No. 1) R 165.70 (vi)  Misc. application for the various endorsements (fee mentioned is per endorsement) R 49.70 (vii)  Fee for jumbo passport booklets of 60 pages in respect of categories (i) to (v) mentioned above. R 82.85 { in addition to the fees mentioned for (i) to (v) above} (viii)  Extension of passport validity NIL (ix)  Representation under RTIA  R 1.65  The fee is to be paid at the time of submission of the application form in cash or by bank draft drawn in favor of Regional Passport Officer, Delhi. In case of bank draft, full name of the applicant and his date of birth should be written on the reverse of the bank draft. If the application for a new passport is made under Tatkaal scheme , tatkaal fee is to be paid in addition to the application fee mentioned above.
